The Extreme Dialogue Facilitators

The Extreme Dialogue project is is a culmination of years of hard work and research from a team of dedicated people. Put faces and names to the brains behind Extreme Dialogue:

Dr Sheila Ochugboju

Dr Sheila Ochugboju has over 15 years' international experience in strategy, culture, and change leadership, working with governments, major corporations and non‐profit organisations around the world. She is passionate about supporting young people and their communities in adapting to a rapidly changing world. 

Leah Atkins

Leah Atkins is a recent Drama graduate from the University of Manchester. She has completed a residency in Styal Prison as a drama facilitator and has recently been appointed for another residency in Hewell Prison, working for Rideout. She is currently working at The Courtyard Centre for the Arts in Hereford as a Community Relationships Volunteer. 

Hilary Dawson

Hilary Dawson is an applied theatre practitioner and facilitator. She has worked extensively with a variety of people, putting conversations on their feet to challenge destructive behaviour and to promote flourishing lives.

Jack Johnson

Jack Johnson is an experienced presenter and workshop facilitator working for Eagle Radio, who has delivered projects to schools in Surrey tackling the misuse of social media by providing education on the law.

Charlotte Hetherington

Charlotte Hetherington is an experienced Prevent practitioner with a passion for education and working with young people. She has developed, implemented and delivered a range of strategies and projects working with government, community groups and the private sector. 

Kasim Sheikh

Kasim Sheikh is an International lawyer, human rights expert and specialist in Islam. He is a mediator in personal, community, family and restorative justice disputes and has worked as an advisor to the UN, Government and World Bank.
